Ingredients
  

Dough:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
    Make the Dough:
    1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
    2. Add melted butter and 2 tablespoons milk, mixing until a dough forms.
    3. Add additional milk only if needed. Dough should be slightly firm, not sticky.
    Roll & Cut:
    1. Roll the dough between parchment paper until very thin (about 1/16 inch).
    2. Transfer to the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up.
    3. Cut into small squares.
    Bake:
    1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
    2. Bake for 12–18 minutes until dry and lightly golden.
    3. Turn off the oven and leave the cereal inside for 10–15 minutes to dry further.
    Coat:
    1. While still warm, toss with cinnamon sugar mixture until evenly coated.
