  • ½ lb ground pork
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 –2 tbsp cold water
Seasoning

  • Drinking glass (for pressing patties)
  • Plastic wrap (to prevent sticking)
  • Spatula

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix until slightly sticky.
  3. Cook a small test patty and adjust seasoning.
  4. Scoop using a #24 scoop.
  5. Shape using plastic wrap and a glass or a biscuit cutter.
  6. Cook until browned and fully cooked.
